COMMISSION WORK GENERAL GUIDELINES

> PAYMENT IS DONE THROUGH PAYPAL, KO-FI or GCASH FOR LOCAL CLIENTS.
> THE FINAL PRODUCT WILL BE SENT THROUGH EMAIL IN .PNG FORMAT.
> Average waiting times range from two (2) weeks to one (1) month.(!) If there are no exact references of the subject(s) in the commission and I am only provided descriptions and/or vague pictures/collages of the concept, I will charge extra depending on the complexities of the work involved.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL
a.) Please provide references and/or details needed for the commission.
b.) Commission prices are subject to change.
c.) I have the right to refuse a commission.
d.) I will offer a maximum of three (3) changes and/or revisions during the drafting phase. Any more revisions will be charged depending on the complexity and extent of the changes.
e.) I will not offer refunds past the drafting phase.
f.) If I have not progressed past the drafting phase, the commissioner can ask for cancellations and refunds.
g.) I will ask for payment upfront before beginning with the drafting phase.
h.) The final product is strictly for personal use of the commissioner only.Rights and Usage
a.) I, the artist (@yrolustre), retain all copyrights over the commissioned work.
b.) I reserve the right to post commissioned work on my online accounts and portfolio.
c.) I will not claim the Intellectual Property of the commissioned work unless they include my Original Characters (OCs).
d.) The client may not profit off of the commissioned work.
e.) The client is only permitted to post the commissioned work on social media with proper credit and attributions.
f.) The client cannot alter, reproduce or make significant changes to the commissioned works without my consent.
g.) The client cannot claim the commissioned work as their own.
h.) The client may not use the commissioned work for AI, blockchain, non-fungible token (NFT) production or other similar forms of cryptocurrency.(!) For graphic design work, I am only work with local clients. Please contact me through any of my channels for further details.
